Casual
The color scheme, which is unified in shades of white and beige, creates a fresh, clean atmosphere.
Sharp
A monochromatic color scheme based on neutral tones creates a stylish and sophisticated space.
Chic
By layering textures such as wood grain and metallic finishes over a subdued color palette, we create a sophisticated space with depth and character.
Handrail
This round handrail provides physical support for elderly people and those with limited mobility, who are at risk of falling even from slight vibrations when standing up or sitting down.
Wheelchair operation panel
The control panel is designed with a height and layout that makes it easy to use for wheelchair users and young children. It helps alleviate the inconvenience experienced during peak hours or when traveling alone.
Wall-mounted mirror
The in-car mirror helps wheelchair users and others get off the elevator smoothly while checking behind them without having to turn around. It also contributes to a sense of openness in the elevator.
Control System for Earthquake
When the sensor detects the initial tremors of an earthquake (P-waves), it automatically brings the elevator to the nearest floor, opens the doors, and prompts passengers to evacuate. During a minor earthquake, the elevator automatically resumes operation after a set period of time. Furthermore, if the sensor detects the main shock (S-waves) during a major earthquake, the doors remain closed and the elevator remains out of service until an inspection by a qualified engineer is complete.
Auto Landing System during Power Failure
Even during a sudden power outage, a dedicated battery will power the elevator to the nearest floor. Once the elevator comes to a stop, the doors will open automatically and close again after a set period of time to prevent passengers from being trapped.
Control System for Flood
When water levels in the pit exceed a certain threshold, the elevator will go directly to the top floor, stop, and open the doors. After a set period of time, the doors will close and the elevator will cease operation.
Control System for Fire
In the event of a fire, the elevator proceeds directly to the evacuation floor, stops, and opens its doors. After a set period of time, the doors close and the elevator stops operating. This system is designed to facilitate the rapid evacuation of passengers while preventing secondary disasters by keeping them safely contained.

Emergency Displays in Four Languages
In the event of an emergency, such as an earthquake or fire, the LCD indicator will display messages in Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and Korean to inform passengers of the elevator’s operating status and the appropriate actions to take.
*Please note that depending on the elevator’s specifications, we may not be able to accommodate your specific requests.
Unintended Car Movement Protection (UCMP)
This device is designed to prevent accidents by instantly activating a double braking system in the unlikely event that the elevator begins moving while the doors are open. Sensors that monitor the door status and car position quickly detect when the elevator is moving with the doors open, and the elevator is safely stopped using the UCMP circuit—a separate circuit from the standard system—and the double braking system. During descent, the system ensures a gap of at least 1 meter between the landing floor and the car to prevent entrapment or pinching. During ascent, the car stops with a gap of 11 centimeters or less between the landing floor and the bottom of the car to prevent falls.
Multi-beam door sensor
This system prevents the doors from closing while the sensors are detecting movement. If the sensors detect a person or an obstacle as the doors are closing, they will immediately reverse direction to prevent passengers from getting pinched. Since the doors will not close while the sensors are detecting a passenger, elderly passengers and children can board and exit with peace of mind.
LifSPOT
LiftSPOT is a digital signage system equipped with security cameras. In addition to enhancing security within elevators, it delivers a variety of content to improve safety and comfort in the elevator environment.
