FM contracts include regular equipment and machinery maintenance and inspection, as well as replacement or repair of deteriorated parts based on a reasonable judgment after inspection results.

Parts, Oil, Grease contracts only cover regular equipment and machinery maintenance inspections, with no replacement of deteriorated parts or repairs.
