  • Continuously monitors and diagnoses elevators.

  • In case of emergencies, JES control center will respond to calls from passengers on board.

Fully Equipped Server System in Case of Disaster

As a BCP measure, the systems are located in eastern and western Japan. Even if one of the sites becomes inoperable due to a large-scale disaster, PRIME and PRIME Lite can operate as under normal circumstances because the environment is set up to minimize the impact on nationwide operations.
